Make Rooh Afza at home: 2 cups sugar, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp edible rose water, 2-3 drops Kewra essence (pandan or screw pine essence), 3 drops red food coloring or 3 tbsp beet root

Rhubarb Gin Sour

1.5 oz Gin Farallon

.25 oz lemon juice

.5 oz rhubarb syrup

.75 oz aquafaba

edible flower or lemon twist garnish

Make rhubarb syrup at home: simmer 3 stalks of rhubarb with 200ml of water until the water is pink. Strain and add 200g of sugar. Simmer, stirring gently, until you have a syrup.
