Gin Farallon, tonic, lime, ice
Place the ice cubes in a glass with the ice coming near the top. Pour gin, tonic water, and lime juice over the ice. Stir well with a long-necked spoon. Garnish with lime wedge, and serve immediately.
1.5 oz. Gin Farallon
1 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. Dry Curacao
1/2 oz Mint Simple
Shake well, serve over ice with lime garnish. To make mint simple syrup boil 1 Cup mint leaves, 1 Cup sugar, 1 Cup water.
2 oz. Gin Farallon
.5 oz. Antica Formula sweet vermouth
.25 oz. Campari
(Substitute Aperol to make less bitter)
Splash of plum brandy
Shake well, serve up with a twist of lemon zest. Glass: chilled cocktail glass
